  1. What are some of the challenges you faced in your business and how did you overcome them?

    Finding a web developer to help us build our website and to help with any changes was the toughest job we have had so far. It was difficult and expensive in the beginning because we didn’t have any knowledge of website development and eCommerce. After learning some of the more basic skills for web design, we are saving money by doing more changes on our own.

     

  2. How did Candles of Eden assist you on the road to making your business successful?

    Candles of Eden has done so much, it is hard to know where to start! They have helped us build our customer base by referring people to our website and have offered valuable advice on web design and inventory suggestions. Candles of Eden knows that their success is dependent upon the success of their customers and has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us be successful in ours. With all they have done to help us, the most important thing is that the quality of Candles of Eden products is extremely high and very consistent, from the quality of the wax to the authentic scents and even burns, these beautiful candles practically sell themselves!

     

  3. What piece of advice would you offer other businesses?

    Find out the preferences of your core customers and make sure to keep them happy! Additionally, stock an assortment of items to appeal to a broader base of customers. Finally, read up on the COE blog entries which are packed full of useful and prudent information designed to help your business grow.
